Shannon Sullivan
Project Manager, OSHA

After leaving the State University of New York at Albany, Shannon worked at various venues like Syracuse Stage, New World Stages and as a technical designer with JR Clancy. At iWeiss she worked on the growth of our drafting department in addition to all field operations scheduling which she oversees. Shannon also manages a number of projects each year, some of note being the DePaul School of Theatre, The Loew’s Kings Theatre and Liberty School of Music in Lynchburg VA. Shannon is ETCP and OSHA certified.

Irene Iarochevitch
Technical Designer

Irene joined our team in 2016, taking the position of Technical Designer/CAD Drafter. Fascinated with stage rigging and mechanics, she found at iWeiss a perfect place to work and learn. Irene holds a BTech in Entertainment Technology from New York City College of Technology, and a BA in French earned in Belarus, her native country.  Before relocating to the US, she has worked as a touring Technical Director in a small theatre company for over five years.  After relocating, she freelanced as stage carpenter, electrician and Technical Director in a variety of venues all over New York City.

Ree Seminole
Technical Designer

Ree is excited to join the iWeiss team in 2017. He completed his undergrad degree at North Dakota State University and his master's at Florida State University. For the last several years he was the faculty technical director at Valdosta State University. He is enjoying his new apartment in Washington Heights.

Evan Vollweiler
Design Engineer

Evan has over a decade of hands on experience in the entertainment and corporate event industry, working many positions ranging from stage hand to stage manager, as well as many more technical positions. During a contract working for Royal Caribbean he fell in love with automation and rigging. He decided to  return to school to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering at Stony Brook University where he will be graduating with a BE in May 2017. He holds three associate degrees in engineering, mechanical technology, math and science and a certificate in CAD from Westchester Community College. Evan is extremely happy to be a member of the iWeiss family.
