How to Order

To request a quotation, please submit this form.

If you already received a quotation for a rental package and you would like to go ahead, this is how it works.

1. Place the order...

Once all of the details and availability have been confirmed we will send you a rental agreement. You will also receive a detailed list of all items included in the package at this time. Please review the list. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

Please sign and return the agreement with the following items:

a) 100% pre-payment for all rentals costs. Credit cards will be charged for the total rental/estimated freight at the time of agreement. If you wish to pay by company check, a copy of your check must be faxed to our office with this rental agreement to reserve your rental. Purchase orders are only accepted from government agencies, schools, universities, or approved existing client (credit application process required).

b) Certificate of General Liability listing I. Weiss as additional insured

c) A $1,000 security deposit for rental packages with a equipment replacement value of less than $25,000.

d) For rental packages with an equipment value of more than $25,000 - your Inland Marine Coverage, naming I. Weiss as a loss payee, with a minimum limit equal to the total of all equipment (ours, yours, and other parties) that will be used in the production. The coverage must be provided on an "all risk" or special" form and pay on the basis of "replacement cost". The policy "coverage territory" should be consistent with the location of the production. We will provide the equipment value on the agreement.

2. Check your items upon arrival

Your package will come with a detailed pack list. Always check that you received all items immediately after the package arrives. We always work hard to ensure that all items are included. If an item is missing, notify us immediately. The sooner you tell us the better our chances of rectifying the problem in time for your event.

3. Keep the pack list. You can use it as a checklist when it's time to pack up.

4. When you're done...

Returning your rental package is easy. All you have to do is pack up all items in their cases and have them ready at the predetermined day and location. We will prearrange pick up with our freight carrier. Please make sure all cases and items are there. If anything is missing at the time of pick up it will be your responsibility to return it to our warehouse.

Upon its return to the warehouse our rental department will inspect the rental package for loss or damage. You will be notified of any items missing or damaged which may result in a claim to your insurance or deduction from your deposit.
