Our electronically controlled solenoid kabuki system lets any curtain fall quickly and reliably at the touch of a button. There are two different effects that can be achieved. - A single curtain drop to reveal upstage scenery. - A kabuki bag & curtain combination to first hide and then reveal upstage scenery with two separate sets of solenoids. Solenoids can be spaced up to 3' apart and hold up to 11 lbs each.

We have two rental systems available: 1. The 110V single-phase system, which can fire two sets of ten solenoids separately, or a total of 20 at one time. This will accommodate 60' of curtain weighing up to 220 lbs. 2. The 30 amp three-phase system, which can fire five sets of ten solenoids separately, or a total of 50 at one time. This will accommodate 150' of curtain weighing up to 550lbs. All components ship in road cases. Installation and on-site technicians are available as an additional cost.
