Yard goods may be overshipped by up to 5%. |

Delivery charge for NYC area $40.00.
Minimum shipping charges are $12.00. |
Net 30 days for established accounts,
1.5% interest per month will be applied thereafter.

There are no returns on cut or custom made goods.
No returns are accepted without prior authorization from our sales department.
Authorization must be requested within five business days from receipt of goods.
All freight charges on returns must be prepaid.
All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
