Switching careers is scary, especially for those of us with years in the live entertainment business. As a theatrical stage manager for over a decade across the US I made a decision for my family to change my career and create a work/life balance that was more amenable to the life I wanted and needed to have. IWEISS gave me that opportunity.

As theatre artists we often attach our identity to our work. Without it, we aren’t fulfilled or feel like we have value. I have since learned in my time at IWEISS that I have a lot of value and experience that I can bring to company that services the entertainment community and find that fulfillment in other ways. I’ve also learned A LOT about the other side of the entertainment business besides what happens onstage – especially about the safety, quality, and care that goes into the very infrastructure of all IWEISS products and the administrative support for those.

There are so many working pieces and it amazes me. I’m proud to say I’m a part of it and proud to be a part of a company that is ready for venues to open up again and provide the quality products that help them be a staple in their communities for years to come.

When you work with IWEISS, you work with family. Families take care of their own. At least that’s how I see it.
