IWEISS – Springfield, MO is looking for an Office Administrator to join our team. The right candidate will provide administrative support to the IWEISS MO staff to help the office run smoothly. This support includes communication and coordination with our main office in New Jersey and will work to consolidate all communication into and out of the MO facility.

Office support also includes organization and administrative support such as answering phone calls, handling incoming and outgoing parcels, managing vendors, and assorted team support.

Position requires maintaining a small office and interfacing with other departments of the organization including project management and engineering.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • 3 years of related administrative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task
