IWEISS was contracted to execute the rigging installation of a large tent for a press conference held in the Jacob Javits Center entrance lobby at the 2008 New York Auto Show. The lobby is a truss and glass structure, so the building engineers would only allow minimum point loading across the ceiling. Yet the client wanted straight lines to create an 80′ w x 60′ h fabric pyramid. IWEISS engineered a solution within four days with all the necessary toolage and hardware and installed the structure within the allowed 8 hour window. Please contact us for more information.
